Fine textured and consistent in nature much like peat moss without the negative environmental impacts. Color tends toward milk chocolate tones.
Dairy compost contains dairy cow manure and bedding, and is ideal for organic gardening.
This lovely compost has only minor odor and spreads like a dream. Use it like you would peat moss, your plants will love it. Recommended application of 4”-6” as a soil amendment of 2”–3” as a top dress for roses and berry plants.
Also, Composted Dairy Manure is only slightly acidic and nitrogen stable, it will not burn even tender plants if used properly.
